NATURE KIDS
NatureKids is an exciting nature discovery and environmental action program that invites young people 5-14 years to discover nature in their own neighbourhoods, explore local ecosystems, learn about native wildlife and plants and take part in environmental actions to protect their habitat.
Annual membership is $25 per family, and includes:
a welcome pack - bird & insect ID card, local bird checklist, magnifying glass, participation passport, and your first copy of NatureWild magazine
Explorer days - nature field trips with experts
Action awards
NatureWild magazine every three months
Although the highly popular “Birding for Families” program has now wrapped up for 2024, it will return along with many more exciting activities. Please check the NatureKids website for a calendar of events and other information.
